Montana & Steve’s Love Story | A Wildflower Inspired Evergreen Gardens Wedding
Montana and Steve’s Evergreen Gardens wedding was inspired by one of the things they love most: the outside. The higher in elevation, the better. Their first date was hiking up Mailbox peak, and that was just the beginning. They’ve climbed their way around Washington together, and hope to tackle the PCT as well. They were engaged on a hike together, and we photographed their engagement photos at Artist Point. It only seemed appropriate that their tables were designated by their favorite hikes (description and photo included), their escort cards were painted rocks, and florals were inspired by the beautiful wildflowers that grace the slopes of Washington’s mountains each summer. One of our favorite parts of the day was sneaking them off around sunset. Just down the road, they had located a field with a gorgeous view of Mount Baker. We had to wait until dusk, and with a little help from the clear day, we were able to capture their wedding photos with Mount Baker in the background, too. These two just ooze love for each other, and love for the mountains, and we are so glad to have gotten to know them during their wedding planning process. They were the perfect Salt & Pine couple!
